• In a photo published Aug. 7 in the Denver and the West section, World War II Navy veteran Homer Stewart was misidentified. In the photo, Stewart was receiving a pin from Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter after he signed a proclamation declaring August as Purple Heart Recognition Month.
• Clarification: A story on Page 8B on Wednesday said the Space Foundation released the “Beer Drinker’s Guide to Colorado.” The guide was published by Motion Pixel Lab Inc. and was recognized by the Space Foundation as a “certified space imagination product.” The foundation said the program promotes “practical, life-enhancing benefits of space technology here on Earth.” Motion Pixel Lab said the guide is intended “to enhance craft beer appreciation and understanding of Colorado-based brewers.”
• Because of a reporting error, the date of the New York funeral and burial of the Behn family was incorrect in a story Tuesday on Page 1B. The funeral and burial are scheduled for Saturday.
