A California real-estate investment company has acquired two Holiday Inn hotels near Denver International Airport.
The acquisition of the 161-room Holiday Inn & Suites, 6900 Tower Road, and the 139-room Holiday Inn Express, 6910 Tower Road, by Stoneridge Capital Partners marks the company’s entry into the Denver hospitality market.
Denver-based Stonebridge Realty Advisors Inc., which operates about 50 hotels in the western United States, will manage the properties.
