BOULDER, Colo.—Boulder police have arrested two men they believe are responsible for nearly 60 burglaries over three years.

Police say 47-year-old Nicholas Gene Dorrance was arrested Wednesday and 45-year-old James Gurule turned himself in Thursday. Authorities say both men are from Thornton and both are being held in Boulder County jail on $750,000 bond each.

Police Sgt. Rob Bustrum says Dorrance and Gurule each face 57 counts of burglary, two counts of attempted burglary and one count each of theft and criminal trespass. He says several Denver-area police departments are investigating the two in other burglaries.
