GREAT BEND, Kan. — Authorities have filed burglary and theft charges against a man labeled a person of interest in the investigation of a 14-year-old Kansas girl whose body was burned beyond recognition.
The Kansas attorney general’s office said Adam Joseph Longoria, 36, was caught Friday by the highway patrol off Interstate 70 near Salina. The charges filed Friday were related to a vehicle stolen from a central Kansas asphalt plant where the charred body of Alicia DeBolt was found Tuesday.
