A bank on the 16th Street Mall was robbed just after 11 a.m. Thursday, the FBI said.
A man demanded money from a teller at the Chase Bank branch at 1600 California St., collected an undisclosed amount of cash and left, the agency said.
The man was described as black, 30 to 35 years old, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and about 140 pounds.

There is a $2,000 reward.
