ANDERSON, Mo.—A man charged with attempted murder in Colorado has been captured after a three-day manhunt in southwest Missouri.
McDonald County deputies found 32-year-old Jeramy McCauley lying in a field about four miles south of Anderson Monday.
McCauley, who is originally from Anderson, is wanted on three counts of attempted first-degree murder, three counts of felony menacing and one count of unlawful use of a weapon in a 2009 case out of Adams County, Colo.
The Joplin Globe reports that McDonald County Sheriff Robert Evenson says the search for McCauley began after he fled when an officer stopped his car on Saturday.
