A 52-year-old Colorado Springs man who allegedly sexually assaulted a young girl over a period of years was arrested Tuesday by the Colorado Springs Police Department.
Colorado Springs police said that the break in the case against Rocky Duggan came oAug. 20, when a citizen called police and said sexually explicit photographs of a juvenile female had been dumped in a trash bin.
Investigators identified the child in the pictures. Additional investigation revealed that Duggan had allegedly sexually assaulted the child for an extended period of time, according to Colorado Springs police.
Duggan was arrested Tuesday without incident and is being held for investigation of sexual assault on a child and sexual exploitation of children.
