WASHINGTON — A Justice Department prosecutor killed himself while under investigation over whether he and other attorneys in the prosecution of Sen. Ted Stevens acted improperly in the case, officials said. Nicholas A. Marsh, 37, committed suicide Sunday, his lawyer confirmed.
