Metro-Area Chipotle locations will host a fundraiser all day long Saturday to benefit Denver Urban Gardens.
If customers present a flyer about the event, which can be found online at , or mention that they want to participate in the fundraiser, 50 percent of the proceeds from their purchase will be donated to Denver Urban Gardens.
Denver Urban Gardens, which just celebrated its 25th anniversary, plans to use the funds for creating and supporting community gardens at schools and in neighborhoods across the metro area, according to a press release about the event.
