Canadian mix-master Joel Zimmerman, a.k.a. , returned to the on Thursday for a second round of pulsating bass, glitchy overlay and a mesmerizing light show that set the room for lift-off at any moment. From atop his Daft Punk-inspired throne, Deadmau5 played the teenage and day-glo crowd like an instrument for most of the show, though fully aware that he was but one element of this futuristic dance party.
