PHILADELPHIA — Billionaire Alki David says a man arrested after streaking at an Obama rally in Philadelphia over the weekend was trying to win a $1 million Internet challenge. Police said 24-year-old Juan J. Rodriguez of New York City was charged with indecent exposure, public lewdness and disorderly conduct on Sunday. David recently offered $1 million to anyone who could streak in front of the U.S. president with the name of David’s competition website on his chest.
