A woman has accused two off-duty Westminster police officers of sexual assault.

According to a release from the Broomfield Police Department, the woman called Broomfield police about 3:20 a.m. Thursday. The incident happened in a home in the 12800 block of South Princess Circle.

The names have not been released because the investigation is ongoing, said Trevor Materasso, an investigator with the Westminster Police Department. Materasso said the officers are on paid administrative leave pending the investigation.

No other information has been released at this time, but 9News reported that the woman was at the house with the two officers and another woman when she declined to join the three others in sexual activity.

She told 9News that the officers ripped off her clothes and tried to hold her down, but she managed to get away.
