FORT COLLINS — A teen accused of kicking a rock off an Estes Park cliff that ended up killing a girl in Colorado has been identified.
The Coloradoan reported Friday that newly released court records identify the teen as 16-year-old Freddie Henderson Bailey III of Katy, Texas. Chief Larimer District Court Judge Stephen Schapanski ruled Thursday that state law requires the names of juveniles accused of felonies be released.
