GRAND JUNCTION — A Grand Junction woman has been convicted of second-degree murder for stabbing her boyfriend to death early this year.

Amd Adamson, 20, was also convicted Friday of tampering with evidence and trying to hire a hit man to kill two witnesses to the January killing of Ramon Sandoval, 20. Prosecutors said Adamson killed Sandoval because she thought he’d been flirting with her girlfriend.
