Boulder County authorities are trying to identify a man who attempted to lure a 13-year-old girl into his red pickup truck Friday afternoon.
The man stopped west of Arapahoe Road and 95th Street at 4 p.m. and tried to get the girl to get into his truck, according to a Boulder County Sheriff’s Office news release.
The suspect was described as being white, in his mid 40s, with balding brown hair, brown eyes, a stubbly beard and wearing a gray, long-sleeved shirt.
He was driving a red, older model, full-sized pickup truck with a red bumper and grill. There was a blue stripe running the length of the pickup on the lower half of the pickup.
