The Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday announced nine new board members:

• Patricia Barela-Rivera, president and owner of PBR Solutions and the director of community relations for Solera National Bank.

• Damon Barry, vice president of business affairs, assistant general counsel and corporate secretary at CSG Systems International Inc.

• Daniel C. Brown, a business-technology executive for Xcel Energy.

• Kelly Donovan, an assistant vice president and community-development representative for Wells Fargo.

• Jake Gilmore, president and chief executive of Gilmore Corp.

• Tameka Montgomery, executive director of the Denver Metro Small Business Development Center.

• Willie Shepherd, founder and chairman of Shepherd P.C., where he represents clients on energy issues.

• Marc Smith, executive director of the Western Energy Alliance, an energy-industry trade group.

• Tracy Williams, founder and president of TradeWinds Communications. The Denver Post
