CLIFTON — Police say an apartment fire that forced the evacuation of two young children, a teenager and an adult apparently was started by the mother of the young children.
Twenty-two-year-old Kayla Settle could face charges of felony arson and criminal mischief, as well as misdemeanor charges of child abuse, reckless endangerment and false reporting, for the Nov. 19 fire.
