SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador — Witnesses have reported the kidnapping of nine more Central American migrants in a southern Mexican state where 50 disappeared last week, said El Salvador’s Foreign Ministry on Monday. The witnesses, five migrants who said they escaped, said seven gunmen abducted the others Dec. 21 from a train near Ixtepec, Oaxaca, officials said.
