Police have released the name of a suspect in the shooting death of a man outside a Lakewood bar.
The victim, Jose Beltran-Galindo, escorted two men outside the El Torito Bar and Grill, at West 10th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard, on Tuesday night after they were involved in a quarrel with three other men.
Beltran-Galindo, who worked at the bar, was shot once and collapsed in the parking lot. He died a short time later at St. Anthony Hospital Central.
The five men involved in the argument fled in two vehicles, a white Chevrolet minivan with a dark hood and a full-size tan or gold sport utility vehicle, police said.
Police identified one suspect as 37-year-old Eric Hernandez Montiel. He is believed to be driving a 2001 light gray Chevrolet SUV with Colorado license plate 368SMI.
