Operation Dream Dress
Through Tuesday: Brides magazine presents the annual contest searching for creative up-and-coming designers. Submit a sketch based on this year’s theme of “Artful Romance.” Editors will narrow the field to the top 25 who will be asked to create and photograph their gowns. A nationwide vote will determine the final five designers who will be invited to New York. The winning gown will be featured on the cover of an upcoming issue, and the designer will receive a check for $10,000. .
