The acclaimed Dance Theatre of Harlem is coming to Boettcher Concert Hall on Feb. 28 for a 7 p.m. performance that benefits the Urban League of Metropolitan Denver.

Dance Theatre of Harlem was founded in 1969, shortly after the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr., when Arthur Mitchell and Karel Shook began offering dance classes in a garage in Harlem. It has since become a critically acclaimed neoclassical ballet company that performs throughout the world.
