LOS ANGELES — Lindsay Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, said Thursday that the actress did not steal a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store but said she was open to a plea deal. The actress entered a not- guilty plea in the case Wednesday. She posted a $40,000 bond and was released.
