America, if perms come back, you can thank ‘ Alaina Moore. Not since the heyday of Jody Watley has the perm been front and center and with such moxy. Check out Tennis’ video for “My Better Self” as I try to figure out the deal with the creepy old guy at the end.

managed to pilfer through the the Prelinger Archives for public domain footage, and all they found was material inspired by the Great Depression. A tad morbid on first thought, but when it’s Slim we’re talking about, there’s nothing out of the ordinary.

No weekend Red Rock workouts, sort of
