Denver police chased down a felony menacing suspect this afternoon. The man’s name has not been released.
Lt. Matt Murray said an office spotted the suspect at East 48th Avenue and York Street at about 3:25 p.m.
The officer pursued the man, but Murray was not sure of the speed of the pursuit.
The man abandoned his vehicle near Thornton Parkway and Steele Street in Thornton and ran, but an officer ran him down.
