A Parker teenager is in jail accused of molesting five children over three months last summer, and police fear there may be more victims.

Grant Petta, 16, faces 11 counts of kidnapping, sexual assault and enticement of a child, according to Casimir Spencer, spokeswoman for the 18th Judicial District.

Petta has been charged as an adult and is being held on $150,000 bond in a juvenile facility.

He was arrested in November after the parents of a 7-year-old boy reported to Parker police that their son had been molested.

Since then, investigators have identified four more alleged victims, all boys, all between the ages of 7 and 11.

All of the assaults Petta is currently charged with happened between June and September of last year in the Stroh Ranch neighborhood, which is near his home, said Parker police Detective Sherry Corcoran.

Police believe Petta knew all the victims.

Corcoran said she did not know how long Petta had lived in the area or whether he attended school in Parker. Douglas County School District officials would say only that Petta “no longer” is enrolled in school.

None of the alleged assaults happened on school grounds.

Corcoran said investigators believe there may be more victims. Anyone who has information about this case is asked to contact the Parker Police Department at 303-805-6561.
