The 84-year-old woman who was hit by a vehicle in Broomfield yesterday has died from her injuries.
At 9:11 a.m. a vehicle heading southbound on Daphne Street turned east onto Monterey Drive, hitting the woman who was walking northbound on Daphne, according to a news release from the Broomfield Police.
The woman was taken to an area hospital where she died at 8:40 last night.
The woman’s name has not been released.
The driver of the vehicle, a 39-year-old Broomfield woman, remained at the scene and is cooperating with police.
