Aurora-based engineering firm Merrick & Co. has acquired Turnbull Metz ler Design of Charlotte, N.C. The terms were not disclosed.
Merrick said the deal allows it to add land-planning and landscape-architecture services. With the acquisition, Merrick now operates nine offices in the U.S., two in Mexico and one in Canada.
