A Westminster woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after police say she drove up to a suspected DUI traffic collision and stopped to scold officers about how they were parked.
The incident happened about 5:15 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of West 100th and West 99th avenues.
Police were working the scene when 49-year-old Katherine Morse drove up and got out of her car.
Morse belligerently scolded the officers for choosing a stupid place to conduct a traffic stop, police said.
Morse failed a sobriety test.
