Loveland-based Abound Solar Inc. has reached a long-term sales agreement with Solarsis, a designer and installer of solar power systems in India.
The companies are working together on a 1-megawatt array in Ananthapur in the southern state of Andhra Pradesh, and Solarsis plans to establish a test facility to optimize designs around Abound’s modules.
Dollar amounts of the deal, to be announced today, weren’t disclosed, but Abound Solar chief executive Tom Tiller describes it as on the order of about $1 million.
