Cloverleaf Kennel Club, for decades one of the most popular entertainment venues in Northern Colorado, will soon be no more.

Centerra developer McWhinney has issued a request for proposals from companies interested in the job of demolishing the former dog track, grandstand and adjacent buildings.

The relic and the 41 acres it sits on are owned by Poudre Valley Health System, owner of the adjacent Medical Center of the Rockies.
