An extended investigation of a kidnapping, of drugs, of “Nazis” and a methamphetamine network in northern Colorado resulted in the arrest of a Longmont man in Weld County on Wednesday.
Kevin Forest, 35, of Longmont, is being held in the Weld County Jail on $300,000 bond from the kidnapping incident, which occurred five months ago. He has been accused of kidnapping, two counts of assault, menacing and a weapon charge.
The investigation began when Longmont police arrested a woman there on charges of drug possession, and the woman told officers she was the victim of a kidnapping and assault. The victim is not being identified to protect her.
