A trial has been set for June in the case of a United Express pilot accused of flying while drunk.
Aaron Jason Cope, 32, appeared Monday in federal court in Denver to be advised of the charge against him. He is charged with one count of unlawfully operating and directing the operation of a commercial aircraft while under the influence of alcohol. His trial is scheduled for June 6.
