An Atlanta development company has a contract to buy the former University of Colorado Hospital campus for $34.8 million.
The University of Colorado Board of Regents last week approved sale of the 28-acre property at East Ninth Avenue and Colorado Boulevard to Sembler Atlanta Inc. The deal is expected to close early next year.
Atlanta-based Sembler is a 45-year-old developer of shopping centers throughout the southeast and Puerto Rico.
