A woman stabbed to death at a Denver apartment complex last week was identified today as 28-year-old Karen Escobar.
The Denver coroner said she was stabbed multiple times.
Marcello Ochoa Sanchez, 29, was arrested at the scene April 12, in the 5000 block of East Donald Avenue.
Officers found the woman in the street outside the Ventana Apartments.
Police said it appeared an argument started in an apartment and Sanchez followed Escobar when she ran outside.
