AC Golden Brewing Co. said its Colorado Native Lager will be available in cans this summer.
AC Golden, a Golden-based, small-batch unit of brewer MillerCoors, said the cans will be sold in 12-packs starting May 1 and continuing through the summer.
Colorado Native Lager is brewed almost exclusively with Colorado ingredients.
“Our retailers and drinkers have been requesting cans, especially for summer so they can take Colorado Native more places — camping, golfing, lakeside — where they don’t want to or can’t take glass,” said spokeswoman Aimee Valdez.
The can and 12-pack carrier were designed by The Integer Group.
