Firefighters rushed to put out a house fire near Evergreen this morning.
At about 10:10 a.m. crews responded to reports of a house fire about half a mile from Highway 74 on Meyers Gulch Road, according to Evergreen Fire Rescue.
When firefighters arrived, half of the home was engulfed in flames.
At one point crews were concerned the fire would spread into neighboring trees, but they contained the fire.
No injuries have been reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
