A man and woman were shot in Denver early this morning.
At 1:35 a.m. officers responded to reports of shots fired at 1200 22nd St., sais Matthew Murray, spokesman for the Denver Police Department.
A larger group of people was standing around when two men walked up, Murray said. An argument followed and one of the men pulled out a gun and shot a man three times, and a woman in the leg.
The man and the woman were taken to a hospital. Both are stable and expected to survive.
Police are investigating the case, Murray said.
