FORT CARSON, Colo.—Elementary school students and educators will visit Fort Carson, have lunch and participate in team-building games and physical fitness training with soldiers.
The event is called Camp Fort Carson and will take place Wednesday.
It’s part of an Adopt-a-School program at Fort Carson, just outside Colorado Springs.
The post says 34 schools from six districts participate in the program.
