A 50-year-old Evans man was arrested at his home Monday on charges he distributed child pornography online, the Weld County Sheriff’s Department said today.
Robert Blaine Breeden allegedly shared the illicit material on peer-to-peer networks.
Breeden is an Army veteran, stationed at several military bases since the early 1980s, and public records indicate he lists his job title as corporal and his employer as the U.S. Army.
He faces a felony charge of sexual exploitation of children and is being held on $50,000 bond.
