CROCS INC.: Announced that Jeff Lasher has been appointed as chief financial officer. Lasher has served as the principal accounting officer and interim principal financial officer of Crocs since January.

DAIRY CENTER FOR THE ARTS: Promoted Joy Pak to executive director. Pak joined the center as development director in November. She replaces Rich Harris, who served as executive director for nearly three years.

INDEPENDENT COMMUNITY BANKERS OF AMERICA: Honored Thomas Hoenig, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, with the Main Street Hero Award for his leadership in supporting the community banking industry and Main Street communities nationwide.
