Kids clothes tend to be cute or durable but not necessarily both. A local children’s line, Benjamin Ballerina, has as its tagline “Pretty Tough Clothing for Kids,” striving to offer quality handmade designs made from reclaimed fabrics that are screen-printed with photographs. Prices range from $50 to $150. Dylan Scholin- ski and Maggie Evans, who met through their work at The Other Side Arts, created the line, which will be presented at a trunk show from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Fancy Tiger Clothing as part of its Denver Made monthly trunk show series. The store sells locally made clothing, jewelry and bags. Fancy Tiger, 18 S. Broadway. Info: Becky Wareing at becky@fancytiger.com
