A Mountain View High School instructional coach will not serve time in jail under a sentence handed down Monday in Larimer District Court.
Courtney Bowles will serve 10 years of intensive sex offender probation and have to perform community service. She will also have to register as a sex offender wherever she lives.
Bowles agreed to plead guilty to reduced charges in connection with a January incident in North Lake Park in which she was caught having sex with a student.
Under the terms of her sentence, she will be able to see her children. Her husband has filed for divorce.
