A Mountain View High School instructional coach will not serve time in jail under a sentence handed down Monday in Larimer District Court.
Courtney Bowles will serve 10 years of intensive sex-offender probation and have to perform community service. She will also have to register as a sex offender.
Bowles agreed to plead guilty to reduced charges after she was caught having sex with a student in January in a Loveland park. Under the terms of her sentence, she will be able to see her children. Her husband has filed for divorce. The Loveland Reporter-Herald
