The school board in Adams County School District 14 wants to oust Superintendent Dr. Susan Chandler, ordering the district’s attorney Tuesday to execute an “exit strategy” to remove her from her post.
The plan, approved at a board meeting Tuesday night, directs Adams 14’s legal counsel to “begin negotiations with Dr. Chandler to potentially reach a separation agreement” according to a late night update sent to district staff.
