An annual Denver fundraiser benefiting multiple-sclerosis research and support programs set a record Saturday, organizers said.
The 23rd Walk MS Denver drew 8,000 walkers and raised nearly $1 million, said Carrie Nolan, president of the Colorado-Wyoming Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Nolan said all of the money benefits programs and MS patients in Colorado and Wyoming.
