Sure, says the Longmont Water Board, which has recommended keeping the name of Union Reservoir unchanged.

Not really, says the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, which has suggested working “Longmont” into the lake’s name.

And that’s where it sits, says the city’s staff, until the City Council decides one way or the other.
