Next Tuesday night, more than a few of us will be lounging on the steps of with a throw blanket from home that, you know, really ties the room together. The 2011 Film on the Rocks line-up is strong — “Lebowski,” “Scissorhands,” “Top Gun” and “Goonies,” to name a few — and the local band offerings are even stronger.
