The National Credit Union Administration on Thursday issued an order prohibiting Stan Roberson, a former employee of Her Majesty’s Credit Union in Denver, from involvement with any federally insured financial institution in the United States.
Roberson was convicted of contempt of court and sentenced to 180 days in Denver County Jail for failing to produce documents in a state investigation.
The credit union, which offers above-market interest rates via the Internet, isn’t registered to do business in the state.
