A Boulder woman is suing the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office and a sheriff’s deputy after the deputy struck her with his vehicle while she was riding her bicycle on Baseline Road last year.
Kelly Skinner, 37, is asking for unspecified damages for injuries to her knee and for “loss of life enjoyment and impairment of quality of life, permanent impairment and disfigurement, and loss of earnings and earning capacity” in relation to the accident, which occurred May 3, 2010.
