A 22-year-old man is accused of propositioning a 14-year-old Parker girl for sex over the Internet, then setting up a place to meet her in person.
When Joseph Arseneau III of Parker arrived for the date this morning, Parker police were there, instead, the department said in a media release.
Arseneau was charged with Internet luring, Internet sexual exploitation of a child, promotion of obscenities to a minor and criminal attempted sexual assault of a child.
He is being held on a $6,000 bond in the Douglas County Detention Facility in Castle Rock.
